According to Bild, the club staff gathered in the ballroom of the Kimpton Clocktower hotel in Manchester. Attendees enjoyed a meal along with food and wine, coinciding with the 76th birthday of vice-president Walter Mennekes. Tuchel was accompanied by marketing and communications manager Max.

Tuchel, during his tenure as Chelsea manager after parting ways with ex-wife Sissi in 2022, formed a relationship with his current partner. His marriage with Sissi, spanning 13 years, produced two children.

At Old Trafford, Max was seen cheering Kingsley Coman's winning goal, later making a striking appearance in a vibrant cocktail dress at the banquet.

The report suggests that Tuchel's bond with his 36-year-old girlfriend strengthened after chief executive Jan-Christian Dreesen and sporting director Christoph Freund departed the party at 1:05 am.

Dreesen honored his manager with a speech at the banquet. In response, Tuchel jumped on a chair, waving his napkin. Later, he sat intimately with his partner, sharing a kiss on the cheek. They left just before 2 am, nearly two hours after Tuchel's players.
